I received a room upgrade to a sea view upon arrival. the views from the room, terrace, restaurants were very nice! the area is beautiful, allowing a great photoshoot. Flowers bloomed with a backdrop of lovely sun. reception staff were cute and the atmosphere throughout was lively! music played and people had a good time.
The noise from the patio below the bedrooms continued late into the night. I rang reception, but they dismissed it. i found no air conditioning in the room and lighter duvets should be standard during summer.

the restaurant provides stunning sea views for a lovely dining atmosphere, and the menu included a delightful bread service; miso flavored butter accompanied the seaweed crisps! the staff were knowledgeable about both the chef creations and the available menu items.

the hotel has implemented covid restrictions with a one way system; i saw plenty of hand sanitizers available. restaurant bookings and spacing are in place. i liked the idea of pre booking the swimming pool which ensured safe use.

the sea view family room was a good size and included everything i needed. i had breathtaking views over the cove and beyond. the outdoor areas have sensational views with numerous tables to take advantage of the weather.

I had a room upgrade to a sea view on arrival and it was amazing. the views from the room and restaurants were very nice. even better than advertised. i liked the picturesque area that allowed for a great photoshoot. Flowers were in bloom and the backdrop was lovely, though the staff at reception were great and cute.
i got encouraged to book a restaurant. there was a reduced menu because they doing roasts. i was looking forward to the prawns and lobster! i had to settle for steak.

the staff were positive, engaged and professional. the service at dinner was fantastic and the staff are a credit to this hotel; they negotiated the flood of people using the government scheme. staff were helpful, so we booked a 2nd night while there.
